This notice explains which personal data this website collects and how they are used, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What we collect and why

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and message, to answer you.

• Volunteer, membership and partnership requests: the data you enter in the form, to assess the request and get back to you.

• Newsletter: your email address, only after you confirm the subscription through the link we email you. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every message.

• Donations: if you fill in the donation form on the site we record the name, email and amount you enter; for bank transfers we receive the payment details from the bank (payer's name, amount, reference). We keep them for accounting and tax obligations.

• Security: to protect the forms from spam we count the requests coming from the same IP address, stored only in a one-way encrypted form.

We do not use your data for profiling and we do not sell them to anyone.

Legal basis

The consent you give by sending a form or subscribing to the newsletter; pre-contractual steps for membership requests; legal obligations for accounting data; our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Who can see the data

Only people authorised by the association. The site is hosted by a hosting provider that processes data on our behalf, and emails are sent through the domain's mail service.

How long we keep them

We keep messages and requests for the time needed to handle them and, afterwards, for the period required by law. Newsletter data are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to their processing, and receive a copy of the data you gave us, by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
